The Space
This two-story home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and TV. The 3 additional bedrooms share one full hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The downstairs living room features an electric fireplace, TV and workspace. The dedicated dining space has an expandable table with 6 chairs and 3 seats at the kitchen island. The coffee bar includes drip coffee maker and electric kettle with coffee and tea provided. Well-appointed kitchen features all new appliances: electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with many of the tools you will need to prepare meals. The laundry area with washer/dryer and half bathroom are also located on the first floor. The driveway will accommodate up to 4 average-sized cars with an additional parking area that will accommodate a 30-40' trailer (no-hookups). The backyard features a patio with table and chairs.
